Q: I still haven't gotten a tracking number. What's the next step?
Tracking numbers are generally issued within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Start by looking in your spam/junk folder. If 48 hours have passed and you still don't see it, reach out to our customer support team or get in touch with BuyGoods directly.
Q: My tracking hasn't been updated. Is my package still in transit?
Absolutely — it's perfectly normal for tracking details to remain unchanged for 24-48 hours after the shipping label has been generated. Should there be no movement after 72 hours, please get in touch with our support team so we can look into it.
Q: Is it possible to modify my delivery address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to make changes to the shipping address. Please reach out to us right away at support@govivalis.com.
Q: The tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package.
